Roache, who is originally from Jamaica, came to USask in 2017 to pursue her PhD in educational administration in the College of Education, after earning a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at the University of Phoenix in 2014 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Nova Southeastern University in Florida in 2005.

She is now working on her third book, Ethical Quandaries in Business Practices: Exploring Morality and Social Responsibility, and recently had another book proposal accepted by Springer Nature Publishing.

Roache dedicates the first book to empower all those who motivate, transform, lead, and guide others globally. Roache dedicates the second book to “all those who believe in themselves but are sometimes bewildered by what others say and think.” She says, “I stand as a testimony and testament in your support and encourage (you). Believe in yourself when no one else does, and mentor, coach, support, and encourage others to achieve success.” That, she believes, is the epitome of transformational leadership, management strategies, and communication for global leaders.
